New Life Church needed to scale their worship and creative team from 12 to 40+ members, without losing the culture, the quality, or the clarity that made them what they were. Every system needed to be built while the church was already running at full pace.

We designed the team structure, built every operational system from scratch, and authored a full Culture & Standards Handbook that codified the values and expectations of the team. The result: a stable, high-functioning team of 40+ that operates independently.
