Vision Into Structure. Chaos Into Clarity.

Grow Church · Multi-Campus Ministry · Witbank & Middelburg, South Africa came to Catalyst for creative direction · org design · team systems.

Two Engagements. One Church. Total Transformation.

Grow Church came to us twice. First, to lead all creative communication and strategy across their growing multi-campus ministry. Then, to build the org infrastructure that would let them grow without breaking.

Phase 1: We led creative direction and communications strategy, directing 40+ sermon series and campaigns, building a multi-campus creative model, and launching a full creative team. Phase 2: We designed the org structure, built hiring frameworks, onboarded 4+ full-time staff, and created custom onboarding documentation that scales.
